This document outlines our comprehensive protocols for production, freight optimization, and post-deployment risk neutralization. Protocol 01: Production Matrix & Lead Times
Volume procurement requires absolute timeline certainty. We engineer our production cycles to eliminate container booking delays.
- Standard Manufacturing Cycle: 25–30 days for a standard 40HQ payload deployment following blueprint confirmation and deposit clearance.
- Customization Hard-Coding (OEM/ODM): Custom tooling, logo injection, and mesh-color matching bypass standard queues but require an initial 10-15 day engineering integration phase before mass scale-up.
- Pre-Shipment QC Protocol: We eliminate 98% of out-of-box failures before the container is sealed. Every batch undergoes rigorous physical stress-testing (gas cylinder endurance, chassis tension, caster impact) before clearing our loading docks.
Protocol 02: Freight & Payload Optimization
We do not just ship chairs; we engineer landed-cost reductions. Ocean freight is a volatile asset, and our flat-pack algorithms are designed to protect your margins.
- CBM Maximization: Every product series has been spatially compressed without compromising structural integrity. We dynamically calculate the absolute maximum unit density per 20GP/40HQ container.
- Incoterms Flexibility: Our standard execution operates on FOB (Free On Board) China Ports and EXW (Ex Works). We interface seamlessly with your designated freight forwarders to ensure a zero-delay handover.
Protocol 03: The Fallback Protocol (Replacement SLA)
In large-scale B2B deployments, executing physical returns across oceans is mathematically and logistically invalid. We replace the outdated “Return & Refund” concept with our Zero-Friction Component Fallback Protocol.
- Structural Warranty: We provide a baseline 3-Year to 5-Year replacement warranty on all core structural nodes (Aluminum/nylon bases, gas cylinders, and synchronization mechanisms).
- Defect Neutralization: If a catastrophic component failure occurs post-deployment within the warranty frame, we do not waste time arguing. Upon photo/video data verification, replacement matrices (components or full units) are immediately queued.
- Execution Method: Replacement assets are instantly injected into your next scheduled container shipment. For critical operational failures, expedited air-freight (DHL/FedEx) of specific core components (e.g., gas lifts or casters) will be executed to eliminate your operational downtime.
