This document outlines our comprehensive protocols for production, freight optimization, and post-deployment risk neutralization. Protocol 01: Production Matrix & Lead Times

Volume procurement requires absolute timeline certainty. We engineer our production cycles to eliminate container booking delays.

  • Standard Manufacturing Cycle: 25–30 days for a standard 40HQ payload deployment following blueprint confirmation and deposit clearance.
  • Customization Hard-Coding (OEM/ODM): Custom tooling, logo injection, and mesh-color matching bypass standard queues but require an initial 10-15 day engineering integration phase before mass scale-up.
  • Pre-Shipment QC Protocol: We eliminate 98% of out-of-box failures before the container is sealed. Every batch undergoes rigorous physical stress-testing (gas cylinder endurance, chassis tension, caster impact) before clearing our loading docks.

Protocol 02: Freight & Payload Optimization
